Now Available at Suite Altitude, an Electric Vehicle charging station complete with a 1450 plug for fast charging. No need to worry about finding a charging station, do it at the cabin for free while you sleep!

We loved the cabin. Views were amazing!! Roads are a little tricky to get to the cabin. There a few things that need attention. The lamps in 2 of the bedrooms did not work or come on.

The cabin was cozy and clean. The views were spectacular. When we had a glitch with a slow drain and a fussy toaster, both were dealt with the same day. Jessica was extremely helpful before , during and after our holiday -( we left a sports jacket behind)

The house was amazing! Clean, roomy with a beautiful view If the house were located elsewhere we would return but the drive up and the driveway were pretty stressful to maneuver. I think there should be more of a warning about that in the house information

The hospitality was exceptional. Everyone was so very friendly. The cabin Suite Altitude was very clean and is actually secluded. So many sites advertise secluded and they are not but this one is. Very peaceful!! The recliners that sit by the full glass side of the cabin is awesome. Turn the lights off in the cabin and you can star gaze in the comfort of the recliner. We have had the oppurtunity to experience a Full moon in this cabin and it is breath taking. We have stayed in this cabin 3 times, truly love the cabin, and the hospitatlity has always been exceptional.

The cabin (Suite Altitude) was exactly as pictured! Beautiful cabin with an even better view. Kitchen was nicely stocked, beds were comfortable, and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the view. The only complaint we had was that there were ladybugs all in one of the beds and the shams had hair/cobwebs on them. Just seems like someone hadn't stayed in that room in a while so maybe the bedding wasn't changed. We did call to have them change the sheets...took about 4 hours for that to be done. But other than that, we had a great stay!!

The cabin was nicely furnished and had all the options we could have wished for, The only problem with the "Lady Bugs" was an issues for one couple in particular as they seemed to gravitate towards her. The climb to the cabin kept us all on our toes, as the surroundings here in Myrtle Beach are at sea level.

Beautiful location and so very quiet. One of the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen on all the trips to the area. Cabin was lovely and we really enjoyed being able to sit in the recliners and just looks at the mountains over coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We appreciated the comfortable furniture inside and out. A few comments on ways to improve the cabin a bit.....Slow drains in two of the lavatories, toilet paper needs to be upgraded...was like using newspaper, the slow internet was disappointing and might be helped by an upgrade. The road up and down off King Hollow (Harris Mountain, I believe ) was a a bit narrow for two cars to pass but we made it. We will be back. Thank you!

OMG it was fabulous. We have stayed in 3 different cabins in 3 years and this one was the greatest . We loved everything about it , even the steep incline to get to it. The deck and chairs, glider, hot tub everything was great. We did think there should be a 1/2 bath on ground floor to keep guest from going into master bedroom for the bathroom, but just wonderful .

Loved the cabin and overall enjoyed our stay but our hot tub was not cleaned very well before our arrival. It had a moldy smell and not enough chlorine. We removed the filter and cleaned it out which did help somewhat. Need to update the pool table sticks as well most of the tips we're broken and the sticks we're very warped.

The cabin is incredible. The view is wonderful; amenities are great! Only reason we didn't give 5 stars was for the following reasons: We couldn't get the grill working; might have been our fault. There also didn't seem to be very many towels there and better handsoap and having tissues would have been nice. Also, we didn't know the internet had such strict rules and usage charges. We wish it would have been made abundantly clear when rented but overall we loved the place and we want to rent again in the future! Thanks for the memories!

The cabin was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans, with plenty of cups and plates. The appliances were up to date. We have been coming to the Gatlinburg area for the last 18 years and come to relax and unwind at the cabins. This cabin will be recommended to others. We would like to know if the owner of this cabin has others and if you could send a list of the cabins.

This was a family trip for my 50th birthday. We had (3) generations in the cabin. The cabin was fantastic with an excellent view. My parents had never stayed in the mountains and would stay in hotels, they said it was the nicest place that they've ever stayed. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. Thank you.

The office was very easy to find and the ladies in the office provided excellent customer service. The directions to the cabin were well thought out and easy to follow. The cabin is coveniently located in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Suite Altitude was everything we were looking for. The cabin is secluded and private, very clean, spacious, and well laid out. All the beds were very comfortable. We spent alot of time on the deck enoying the view and quietness. The view of the stars and moon from the futon and recliners in the cabin is an added bonus. The futon is also comfortable to sleep on. We have stayed in many cabins in the area and this cabin by far was the best. We were very pleased and will stay in this cabin again.

Received a wonderful greeting when we arrived. Prior to arriving, I had called the ladies at the office and they were glad to answer all my annoying questions without hesitation. Once we arrived, none of us really cared if we got to town or not. Loved Suite Altitude. We will definitely reserve that cabin again.

We had a very nice cabin. Suite Altitude. Very clean and had just about everything we needed, except two things. A heater for the bathrooms. It was very cold taking a shower. We had hot water, it was just cold in the bathrooms. And a coat rack would have been nice near the door. But overall it was great. Will definitely recommend to all our friends.

From the moment we arrived until we left we gaff an amazing experience. The front desk was kind and very helpful. Our house was ready and the directions were perfect. The house was georgeous, clean and very homey. The accomendations were perfect. Our first morning there I went to make coffee and the pot was broken. I called the office and we had a new one delivered in less than 45 minutes. We couldn't have been happier with our entire experience.

The initial wow factor of the location is really quite something when you first arrive; the drive up the highway literally has you looking right up to the sky! The view is amazing, and somehow it feels completely secluded even though there are several other cabins on the same road not too terribly far away. A few of the rocking chairs on the deck were broken when we got there, but everything else was in perfect shape. We would highly recommend!

Suite Altitude was charming. Clean. Beautiful setting. Mattress in main floor bedroom needs replacing. Very saggy. Office staff very helpful and sent out help to trouble shoot the security system that kept activating ( we had a sliding door not closed completely).

I started my mountain vacation in 2004 using Auntie Belham's Cabin rentals. As always the staff is courteous and very helpful. I like the way you now have the checkout procedure...simply securing the cabin and calling the office. I hope in the near future-checking in can be as simple as calling in for a security code upon arrival. Suite Altitude has a beautiful mountain view. The cabin was clean and relaxing. I look forward to my mountain escape in a secluded cabin every July!! I have recommended Auntie Belham's Cabin Rental to friends who were also pleased with your service and their stay in the mountains.

Just a little bit of confusion on inside key. There was not one there when we arrived and I called to let someone know. I had to use the lockbox key when we left the house. I got a call on the way home about the missing key and explained the situation. Also, there is a Keurig coffeemaker but would have been nice if that was mentioned so that we could bring kcups. Also, there were not any filters for the Mr. Coffee coffeemaker. We left the ones we bought for others.

Your employees were very sweet Your VRBO site was misleading in regard to the wi-fi. We chose this house because it did have free wi-fi only to find at checkin that it was extremely limited and a large charge would be added if it was used past .48 gig. So basically it was un usable that should be changed several small things were in need of repair. Overall tho. We loved the cabin and our stay.

Check in went fine. Clerk was pleasant and quick to get us in and out. House was neat but not clean. There were dead yellow "lady bugs" in the 2 upstairs bedrooms upon check in. The floors were dirty. I cleaned parts of the main floor and all the kitchen tile myself. It was dirty. Bathrooms only had 1 small bar of soap to share between the shower and sink. Both upstairs bathroom faucettes were broken. One had constant running water. We did call when we got there. They offered to come out to fix it if we couldn't get it stopped. We opted to have it taken care of at check out since it didn't seem to be a big concern of AB staff. Door lock bolt to balcony in 1 upstairs BR wouldn't lock. We came home 2 times to find the door wide open. Couldn't get the temps in the upstairs BR above 69 degrees until we figured out how to manipulate 2nd door to get the bold latched. The temps upstairs were much better after we did that. Views were great. Area was great to hike around with the kids and nice hilly walks were also enjoyed. Kids enjoyed a couple movies! I am going to contact the owner to inform him of same above issues. Thank you

Everything was nice and ready to go. I did need to call and have a railing fixed. I would have thought that would have been caught by people cleaning or other guests but it was quickly taken care of. We did have scorpions everyday at least 3 or more. I did see the rubber to the bottom of the doors were getting worn and that maybe how they were getting in over night. Other then those couple of things I would stay again and recommend the cabin to friends and family. Also the staff person who checked us in was wonderful and very helpfully. He knew the area and could tell us ways to get around. This helped save traffic time. Awesome

The check-in process was fast and the cabin was clean. Would suggest you provide a list of things to bring as we did not know there was no soap provided for showering and it would be nice if something was provided to run the dishwasher one time. Also for some reason the ice maker in the fridge was turned off so there was no ice. Since I had never used an alarm system it took me a couple of tries to set the alarm. I would suggest you mention all doors including the door you will exit must be closed while arming then you must leave quickly. Unfortunately the bed the lower room was uncomfortable and the sheets kept coming off so we did not sleep well. Your restriction on the A/C to no lower than 70 made it uncomfortable sleeping. If there is a problem with the A/C freezing up below 70 then it needs to be repaired.
