Pioneer Trail Retreat has 4 separate cabins, 9 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a private outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, open deck space, screened in porch, tons of parking, two full kitchens, two different outdoor firepits, and wide-open spaces! Whether you’re a youth group, sports team, hosting a family reunion, or searching for a gorgeous and unique Smoky Mountain experience for your friends and family, Pioneer Trail Retreat is sure to check all your boxes by offering solitude, comfort, space, convenience, and a real retreat experience in the heart of the Smokies!

The Main House (sleeps 12):
-Living room with TV, comfy couches, and seasonal gas fireplace
-Fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and eat-in dining area
-Dining room with large, custom built dining table, seasonal gas fireplace, and TV
-A second living area with more seating
-Bedroom 1: King with TV, jacuzzi tub, attached bathroom with standup shower
-Bedroom 2: King bed, twin bunk bed, TV, attached full bathroom
-Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed with TV
-Bedroom 4: King bed, 2 children’s twin beds, attached bathroom with standup shower
-Full bathroom off the hallway

The Wildflower House (sleeps 4):
-Bedroom 5: King bed, twin bunk bed, and TV
-Bathroom with standup shower

The Oregon House (5):
-Front porch with rocking chairs
-Living room with TV, seasonal gas fireplace, and twin daybed
-Fully equipped kitchen with bar seating
-Bedroom 6: Queen bedroom with TV
-Bedroom 7: Queen bedroom with TV
-Full bathroom

The Saloon (sleeps 6):
-Game room with pop-a-shot and ping pong
-Living area with TV and comfortable seating
-Extra refrigerator perfect for drinks!
-Bedroom 8: King bed, twin bunk bed, and attached bathroom
-Bedroom 9: Twin bunk bed
-Full bathroom off the hallway

Outside/Around Property:
-Private outdoor pool open from Memorial Day to Labor Day
-Hot tub
-Seating around the pool

-Pergola near pool for shade
-Open deck space with picnic table, Adirondack chairs, and gas firepit
-Covered, screened-in pool house off the deck space with card table and sink

Must be 25 or older to rent.
No smoking indoors. Use ashtrays or ash buckets on the porches.
Some roads will be steep and winding.
Wifi signal is not strong or fast throughout the retreat
Please be conscientious of water usage- large property on shared well.
Do not litter, feed the bears, or leave food out.

This home welcomes your dogs, but please register and pay for your dog when placing your reservation. Pet Policies overview: 2 dog limit, 60 lbs per dog, not allowed on furniture, must be crated if left at the cabin. Guests are financially responsible for damages, and/or extra cleaning needed as a result of dogs, ESAs, or service animals.

STARTER KIT AT CABIN INCLUDES:
● 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom
● 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area
● 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink
● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
● NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen exchange.
