We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! We appreciate the great information you provided that prepared us well for the stay. Check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The only problem we encountered was an electric power outage on Wednesday night, probably the result of a tree that had fallen and blocked one of the nearby roads. We helped remove enough of the tree to make the road passable. The rest of the tree was too heavy. I did not know where to report the fallen tree, but it was cleared the next morning. I called the number to report the outage, but since I could not provide a registered phone number and could only leave a voice message, I never had confidence that the power company was aware of the outage location. Also, it would have been helpful to know that the washer/dryer required payment. I mention these items for your information and possible ways to improve. We had a great stay and hope to rent more times from AB in the future.

Y’all were great. You kept us well informed. The cabin was comfy cosy. The Christmas decorations were a surprise! We enjoyed our stay. There was a musty odor in the living/kitchen area. A little frustrated with trying to watch TV (locked out of a lot). Probably wouldn’t have been a problem if it hadn’t rained the entire time we were there. We would have been outside on the deck or in town.

When we checked in, it was dark. We were told putting the address into our GPS wouldn't work. We got lost in the mountains!! We had to call for better directions. The next morning, we put the address in our devises and it did work. Wish we had known that the night before.

Cabin was very clean, perfect size for our family of 4, had all the comforts of home, beautiful mountain views, close to town. Mattress and sofa looked new, we all slept great. Enjoyed game and movie night by the fireplace. We had a fantastic trip, great place to stay!!

Customer service was friendly and super helpful during each call! The Xplorie card was a well loved extra! For the most part the cabin seemed to be well maintained. The overall cleanliness was lacking, the guest/shared bathroom didn’t appear to be cleaned from last guests and there were still previous guests clothes in the master bedrooms dresser(we left them in there). The porch has several nails backing out and one post railing was loose. Overall the experience was great, the view was exquisite and all necessary kitchen items were readily available. Downside to being up in the mountains, the satellite kept going out. We will likely rent with Auntie Belham’s on our next trip to the smokies! Thank you providing us with a space to make memories with our children.

We had some small maintance issues. I called around 8:00PM and asked for someone to come up in the morning. The person I talked to offered to send someone up right away. I declined because the issues were small, but it was good to know I could have had someone up right away if necessary

The experience was definitely amazing. We felt a little uncomfortable the first night and the last night due to some odd noises, but other then that, the view was amazing. We also werent a big fan of the drive up to our cabin. It kept overheating our mew vehicle.

Two feedback items from our stay at the "Memories" property that I forgot to mention during the checkout call: (1) Beds were very uncomfortable (little firm support) and ended up "flaring up" my back issues. (2) Gas fireplace may need some maintenance...very inconsistent performance. It sometimes made a loud hissing sound, and sometimes failed to light at all. At one point, we thought it was out of propane, but then it did light up after that.

Everything was as described on the website. I read the reviews and what I anticipated was accurate. My critiques would be the hot tub located under the top deck was inconvenient and I would rather have blinds on all windows for sake of privacy. The pros were many and include the layout of the cabin, the keyless entry, the wooded location, and the overall decor. The staff were professional, friendly, courteous, and helpful. They made the process from reservation to check in & check out easy and hassle free. I found the rental rates to be reasonable and the attraction discounts that accompanied the rental was a nice perk. I would definitely stay at Auntie Belhams when visiting in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The kids do don't want to leave. My only critique was that there were instructions to the TV in the drawers and paint cans in the closet. Not a huge deal but noticeable. Other then that it was a great experience.

The cabin was exactly as pictured online, however, I do believe it may be time for a few upgrades. Don't get me wrong, it was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay....it is just a bit dated. We did have a non-emergency maintenance issue during our stay and I am happy to say that it was fixed very quickly. I would definitely choose Auntie Belham's again for our next trip. We are thinking about maybe doing a big family trip at Christmas in the next couple of years. We will need a cabin that accommodates 9 or 10 adults and 3 children.

The ladies working at the customer service location in pigeon forge were delightful and energetic. They also were very helpful answering all of my questions and going over the packet with us. Directions included were easy to follow and we had no trouble getting to our cabin. For some reason we had to control the channels for one of the bedroom tvs from the living room(minor inconvenience but noteable), and our fireplace wasn't working which we didn't really mind enough to call about but maybe maintenance should check over that type of thing before guests arrive. Otherwise, everything inside the cabin was flawless. There were plenty of books and games, also loved that there were kitchen utensils/bakeware/coffeemaker/etc. keyless entry made us not have to worry about possibly losing a key. It was cool that we got free passes for places included in our stay and the adventure pass wasn't hard to understand or use at all, same goes for the free movie rental card. The worst part of our stay was that the cleaning contractor stole my debit card and went shopping with it, but the auntie belham employee I spoke with was helpful with this and prompt to act, she reassured me that it would be handled.

This was our first time staying in this cabin and the first experience with Auntie Belham's. We will definitely use Auntie Belham's for all future accommodations in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.

Loved the cabin! Awesome! One issue we had was that the satellite wasn't working the entire time but that ended up being a blessing. The other issue was the king sheets and mattress pad on our bed. Neither would stay in place. The elastic was worn out on both and all through the night we were fighting with those. Other than that we loved our stay.

Had a great experience there. Loved the cabin and view. The only issue was I had to spend some time when we arrived cleaning the cabin as it was dusty and full of cob webs ( my husband sufferers from severe allergies and he had to sit outside until i was done, then we went into town for a while so it could clear out a little. Other than that it was wonderful. The girls in the office are amazing and very helpful and kind.

We absolutely loved the Memories cabin. It was so peaceful and private. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and even saw a bear from where we were sitting one evening. The staff was wonderful. We did have problems with gettng the TV on the first evening but the service department sent someone up to show us how to get it on satellite. The location of the cabin was excellent to downtown Gatlinburg and to the trails. Overall very, very pleased with our experience.

Staff at the check in cabin were very friendly and efficient. They took time to answer any questions we had and asked other staff when there was an answer he was unsure of. The directions were also very easy to follow on how to get to the check in cabin and then get to the cabin that we rented. We had a wonderful time in our cabin. The experience would have been even better had the sheets fit properly on the king size bed. It felt like they had tried to use queen sheets to fit on a king bed as the corners popped off and couldn't be pulled down more then 1/2 inch on each corner without pulling it off the opposite corner. Also the portable grill was unusable as it didn't have a grate for the coals to sit on and the screws were missing from the handle of the lid so you couldn't safely take the lid off once it got hot. Fortunately we used the stationary grill to the side of the cabin, just not as convenient as the one on the deck would have been. Also there was a pocket door that was off the track and wouldn't close all the way, tripped over the bottom edge a few times. But those were little things..... our family enjoyed the location, the cleanliness, the amenities (tv, hot tub, air hockey table, deck with seating, plenty of kitchenware, etc). We will definitely utilize this company again for future vacations!

Beautiful cabin, a great location with a view!!! Front desk was very nice and helpful. I was told the cabin had a security system and was even given a code. No security system in this cabin. Would be nice if the cabin stocked a few more items for their guests, such as dish soap, dishwasher soap, sponges in the kitchen, salt & pepper shakers, and more towels.
