Good accommodations and communication was great for ease of checking in and out.

We had an amazing time. We were walking distance to most if what we wanted to do, so that was a huge plus.

Bear Creek Haven is a true gem. From the beginning of the reservation process through checkout Auntie Belham’s was great! Everything was so easy and smooth. Office staff has been great. Communication was easy and efficient. I particularly appreciate the communication via text and all electronic reservations, signing contract, and payment components. The cabin was clean. Cannot express how important this is. We have rented many vacation homes/cabins over the years and it was so refreshing to discover a property that felt truly clean upon checking in. Really gets things off on the right foot. The only constructive criticism we feel compelled to offer is to permanently remediate the family of squirrels living in the ceiling above the bathtub and close off all openings in the screen porch to keep birds out. Just maybe wait until the baby birds in the hanging basket have left the nest. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect.

We had a wonderful experience at Bear Creek Haven. Cabin was exceptionally clean ! Everything we needed was supplied ! The screened porch was wonderful and so relaxing listening to the creek sounds. There were just two small things that might be helpful. The trash can in the kitchen could be larger and there was no soap in the bathroom. I had brought soap from home just in case so I was glad I did. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Check in and check out was easy. I loved the cabin and Auntie Belhams management ! Thank you.

Cute little place! Walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg! The hot tub and the fire place were my favorite parts! Only thing that could’ve made it better would’ve been a little outside heater for the porch.

We had some issues pop up, but you were very helpful and quick to send someone out to make some repairs. They were always very professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing.

It was good not having to go by the office before checking in our cabin.

Easy check in. Easy access to town. Eactly what we expected

We enjoyed our cabin very much. Parking was limited and we had to call in to have a vehicle moved. The pictures are misleading (cabin looked to have an upstairs in the photos). Otherwise, the cabin was clean, well maintained, furnished well and in a quiet, central location within walking distance to town. Our complaint about parking was handled efficiently and quickly.

Great! Loved the whole space. Screened in porch with a hut tub two thumbs up!

Well we enjoyed our stay very much. The privacy of the cabin was great ! It was clean and quite. The one big disappointment was that we did not get to take in any of the shows in town. We tried to get ahold of Explorie for three days straight, to No avail. They never returned any calls or answer the phone while I was on hold. I was Very Frustrated. That part of our stay...I did Not like. As to a couple of suggestions ... 1. The dehumidifier in living room should be located in the bathroom, because of noise level...2. The small toilet in bathroom needs to be replaced with a taller one. 3. Updating curtains would be nice. These are just suggestions that would make the cabin great. I am not complaining...just a few suggestions from a guest perspective. Overall we were very pleased with our stay ! Please take my comments as positive feedback. I will definitely come back and stay with you all. Thank you !

It's was very clean and I absolutely enjoyed the jacuzzi the view by the river passage was a plus overall it was worth every penny

The cabin was very roomy and clean. Loved the location and sitting out on the porch to listen to the water roaring in the river below. No real complaints. Everyone was very helpful with the check in process since this was our first time staying with you. We will definitely look into using you again in the future.

Had a great time in an old but well maintained cabin/house. Sitting on the porch and listening to the creek below was a perfect setting. The directions to get to Bear Creek Haven was a little off. You might check your mileage when turning on Rt. 321. It's only .2 miles not .9 to Spruce .

Highlights; Booking and the Xplorie Card was great. The cabin was really good, but could use some updating. A "Smart" TV, a 50" or better, a softer bed and lamps next to the couch! It was hard to see at night to read anything. If you had a Smart TV, we would have watch a movie through Nexflix not a DVD which we would have to DRIVE to a gas station to get, not a great idea, old school. Being next to town was really convenient and the hot tube was great. This is the third time we have stayed you. Thanks for the experience.

This is our 2nd year staying at Bear Creek Haven. We love the location. We have been coming to Gatlinburg for over 20 yrs and this is the first time we seen a bear.....not one but three. I opened the cabin door to go get something out of the car and the momma bear was right across the way on the other cabins walk way and her two cubs following her. We love the coziness of the cabin but seeing the bears topped our stay off!! We will be back next year!!!

We love Auntie Belham's. The staff we wonderful when checking in. However, I was very unhappy with the cabin. I am very disabled and I am not able to walk long distances. When renting this cabin, I spent a long time on the phone asking about accessibility to the cabin. I was only able to be pushed half way in my wheel chair. I had to walk the remainder because of the steps. I asked if there were steps leading to the cabin, before renting. I had to spend the 4 days in the cabin because I was not able to physically come and go. The cabin was also very smelly and damp. The furniture was damp and so was the carpet in the bedroom.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Bear Creek Haven. I will never stay at another cabin in town.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Even though we were told it would be ready by 3:00 but thirty-five minutes after I had to call to find out if it was ready. After a few minutes on hold I was told it was ready. One thing is you need to find a way to rid the musky odor.

It was very nice! The only complying have is the mattress was so uncomfortable in the cabin. I loved the free tickets.

Cabin was well furnished, clean and comfortable. Loved the atmosphere. Would like to have a way to turn outside light on for the night. Only had a motion detector light and surrounding area was very dark.

Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but we were surprised the cabin was situated within sight of other motels. We were hoping for one more remote. Not all of the trash was removed before we arrived and the toaster was not functioning properly. The office staff was helpful and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked.

Did not have any problems, just wanted to let you know that the screens look like they have been broken for quite a while near the hot tub.

We loved the inside of the cottage but noticed it was in need of some repair on the outside. The screen on the porch didn't look very secure, but all in all we had a great time.

Auntie Belham's did great but the house needs attention. Tell the owners it is deteriorating. Hole in screen on porch lets raccoon or possum in at night. Porch leaks. Shower head leaks. Sub floor around toilet needs replaced.

We just returned from a week's stay at Bear Creek Haven. Check in was a breeze and the cabin was just as described. We would stay there again but just a few things that needs to be addressed. First, the screen on the screened in back porch was torn. Our dog could not be out there without being on a leash or she would have run right through that hole. The carpet does need cleaning and while looking for a dog toy we noticed that under the sofas didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite some time. We loved the huge Jacuzzi tub and the shower. Never even took the top off the hot tub. Just not something we use. Word of warning, the rock walk way is SLICK when wet and covered with leaves. We never fell but slipped numerous times. Looking forward to our next trip and would rent thru Auntie Belhams with no problem.

Great visit. Only thing I would recomend is that you clean the carpet in the bedroom. Lot of stains. We would definitely stay here again.

everything about the cabin, location and stay was awesome. Only issue we had during the stay is the only toilet did not flush. (It did rain the entire time, so that could have added to the issue.)

Auntie Belham staff was great and cabin was exactly as expected. Was a little off-putting that it was located behind such a crappy hotel. People and cars constantly coming and going, but no one bothered us. Mosquitos were really bad in courtyard to the point that I ran to and from the car. Black looking dirt in bathtub when we arrived. I have a picture if requested. Had an up close and personal experience with the bear, which was scary but neat! Made our trip! Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time at Bear Creek Haven! Sitting on the screened porch listening to the creek was so relaxing. Being within walking distance of all the shops and attractions was an added bonus. The cabin was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our long weekend. We will definitely be back next year!

Great location, loved the hot tub and covered deck, parking was not clear, could use an air freshener for the cabins that are not used as regularly as others and needed new bed pillows. I had a great experience staying at the bear creek haven and will be back to try out other cabins in the future.

Appreciated the service from Auntie Belhams - no complaints! My one major recommendation for the cabin (Bear Creek Haven) would be better lighting in the living room. It was very dark and is in such a dark shaded setting, it really needs better light. The other rooms were great. (Toaster also needs replacing). Thanks for a great weekend!

The cabin was very clean with plenty of towels! However, it would've been a nice (and relatively inexpensive) addition to add mosquito candles to the front porch and back deck for the summertime. The mosquitoes were everywhere! Loved the cabin though; plenty of space for 2 adults and our dog.

Unfortunately we did have issues with this stay but not with Auntie Belhams. The manager was very helpful in solving the issue. We will always choose Auntie Belhams when renting a cabin.

The cabin was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. We will be returning next year. Only suggestion that we have is to improve the lighting in the living room and prove some hangers for the guest to use.

I wish you had a office in Gatlinburg to pick up keys if you are staying in Gatlinburg. We come from Canton, NC and Foothill Parkway, and drive right by the rental house to drive on to the office in Pigeon Forge, and then have to drive back. I do love the call to check out service you now have.

We love your cabins ,the location of bear creek haven is perfect. While the cabin itself wasn't as nice as timeless treasures it was alright. Stray cats living under cabin made it smell like cat urine. maintenance brought air freshener but it needs more than that.

Have stayed in this unit several times. Occasional mechanical issues on arrival but always fixed promptly. Owners have been responsive to suggestions for improvement.

The only problem we experienced was too short of a stay. Everything was great and my wife really like the screened in porch.

Very good. Easy to find cabin, not a hassle to check in or out. Convenient not to have to return to office to check out.
