This cabin has an intriguing design with a catwalk above the kitchen and living area connecting a game-room to a wraparound deck! The King Master Suite contains its own jetted tub and TV with DVD player. The Living Room and Loft offer large screen televisions with Blu-Ray DVD Player, Queen sleeper sofa and Pool Table. You may wake up to the morning news on your laptop or smart pad with the WIFI offered here at Got Moose. The cleanliness was awesome. I wish we hadn't had to go 2 days without wifi. The kitchen could use more baking supplies, and the dishwasher doesn't do a good job with cleaning dishes.

Loved the cabin very clean and relaxing. I would recomend having a bible available. The gudians are a group that provide free bibles if you would like to contact them for enough bible to fill your cabins.

We extended our stay in TN for an extra night and the staff at Auntie Belham's found us the cabin Got Moose. The cabin was beautiful. We loved the hot tub and upstairs space with the pool table. My teens and I had a pool tourney all night! They had a journal where guests could sign in about their visit. So cool to read where other guests were from and how their visit to TN was. Customer service is top notch with Auntie Belham's! Will definitely book again with them when we return!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the cabin we rented. It was so nice to come "home" to a quiet and relaxing space after being out all day exploring and having fun. The hot tub was a wonderful addition, as we enjoyed the sights and sounds of nature while we soaked up the heat to relax out active bodies.

Beautiful cabin- loved the quiet, private location. Very convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Staff was extremely responsive- we called the first night we arrived with the hot tub not working- it was after 8:00 pm and they even offered to send someone out that night. Cabin was clean, had all we needed. Will definitely look at Auntie Belham’s for future cabin needs!

First night was great. Second night was was awful, the cabin up the road was partying and screaming until 4am. Cabin was supposed to be very secluded but had neighboring cabins on each side about 50yard or so. When booking Cabin I specifically asked for something very secluded. Other than noisy cabin was supper clean and nice.

Cabin was wonderful. The gas fireplace was a nice surprise. It was very clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback to Got Moose was the parking. It is limited, but for the size of the cabin, not much more is needed. Definitely recommend and will be staying with Auntie Belham’s again.

Love the cabin. Just wish that there had been a rating guide on how difficult the road to the cabin would be. If there had been ANY snow or ice on the road, then our car (not a 4-wheel drive) would not have been able to safely reached the cabin.

The cabin was very clean and exactly as presented in the photos. The one and only disappointment was that it was not really a great "mountain view". It didn't stop us from enjoying the time we spent there and we would definitely stay at another Auntie Belham's cabin in the future!

We loved the cabin and where it was located! Everything was wonderful with two exceptions; the shower and washcloths. The washcloths were new and very nice! The problem was that the dye was terrible when they got wet. We called the office for some white wash clothes, and they were very nice about the whole thing. They said they would have some brought out the next morning, but we never got them. However, this was not a big deal, because the towels were very thick, fluffy, and great! The shower was awful. It barely had water pressure, more like a mist, and I had to use a cup to rinse my hair. Some how with this low flow shower head, the shower basin still backed up and did not empty well. Even with these negative things, we would still rent this cabin again. The kids loved the pool table, catwalk (my son had toy paratroopers just for this purpose, hot tub (that was super clean!), and double balconies. The area was not too far from town, and very peaceful and relaxing. We love Auntie Belham’s and have rented cabins with them for years, and will continue to do so.

We had a wonderful visit. The staff was very helpful. We had a maintenance issue when we first arrived and the maintenance man quickly found the problem and had it fixed in no time. He was a delightful person to conversation with and worked fast. We were worried about the weather and getting rained in on the mountain so I called and the staff was really friendly and very accommodating with whatever we needed to make us feel as though whatever the weather did we would be safe

We were very pleased with our stay in your cabin. The cabin was very clean and had the feeling of home. The location was perfect. Close to town, yet far enough away to feel like we were up in the mountains. We had a very relaxing week. We’re already planning our next visit.

We Absolutely LOVE auntie Belhams. We have stayed here every time we go to Gatlinburg/Piegon forge. This time blew us away. The customer service is amazing. Within five minutes of being at the cabin, we figured out the grill was not working at all. Within fifteen minutes a maintenance person was out to look at it and within one hour we had a BRAND NEW grill. We highly recommend them and tell EVERYONE to go to them. Thank you so much for everything!

This was the second cabin we stayed in owned by Auntie Belhams. Very nice cabin. Had to have the Jacuzzi cleaned and water added. Then had to wait for hot water as a result. Other than that beautiful.

Everything was good except for the squirrels under/In our cabin. A maintenance guy was sent out right before close one night and just said that he saw them under there and would deal with it in the morning. He never came back. Each night of our stay, I did not sleep well due to the squirrels fighting/scratching/squeaking. Had it not been for that, it would have been an excellent stay.

Upon arrival, we had an issue with the hot tub, your staff had a maintenance man out within 30 minutes and then allowed us to upgrade to a wonderful new cabin that had a working hot tub. Everything was perfect!

This is at least our third visit with you guys and customer service is great with the streamlined check in and check out. We have never had any significant problem either with any unit we have rented. We have encountered a couple worn out sofas though in a couple. The sofa in Got Moose is toast and needs replaced. Being the most used furniture in the house I would keep those sofas fresh. But great job overall. 4.5 out of 5 for us.

We've stayed in a few of your cabins and loved them all. However, the on-site entertainment could be more enjoyable if the lighting we're better over the pool table..... could not see well, very poor set up for a pool table. Other than that, it was great.

My overall experience was amazing, and for it being my first time to the great smoky mountains I definitely want to move up that way with the family. The cabin was beautiful, and the whole atmosphere was amazing. Definitely will be coming back soon for sure. Thank you for the great hospitality.

The cabin was well furnished and clean. Check in and out was convenient and easy. Loved the fact there were instructions for the TV and the Wi-Fi password. Everything was very accommodating. Loved the guest book. Reading through helped give ideas of things to do during our stay. Although we had the guest pass, we only used the admission to the aquarium. If we had one complaint at all it would be the driveway. All in all we had a fabulous time. Thank you for allowing us to stay and for the well stocked clean cabin.

The cabin and experience was exactly as it was described in the website. I wish the trees could be cleared out a little so that the view from the deck could be better. The office staff was very attentive at check in and even checked in with us the next day to make sure everything was fine.

Wheel of the cabin it was very nice the customer service was very helpful and friendly just a few issues with the cabin which is just little minor things that need to be replaced like the shower curtain and there was a couple light bulbs that were blown out the propane tank for the gas grill one of them was empty and the king size bed should have a step stool for those who have bad knees like myself to get up in the bed other than that it was a very very relaxing cabin I will rent there again because it was very clean and the customer service was awesome thanks for a wonderful relaxing weekend

We had a great experience and loved the free tickets. The only draw back to the cabin was how hot the living room got because there were no blinds of any kind on the huge windows. The placement of the TV was a little awkward, also because the sun glared right on it and we kind of had to lean back to look up at it. Those are small little details to an otherwise awesome place.

My husband and I stayed for a week in the Got Moose cabin to celebrate our anniversary of 6 years married and 10 years together. We had a great time and had amazing service from beginning to end. I was overwhelmed by all the beautiful cabin options online so I called and told someone what I was looking for and she helped me find the best deal for what I was looking for. Any time I called with payments or questions they were great. When we checked in we got great information and had great service the whole time we were there. My dad used this company when I was younger and we took family trips to Gatlinburg and that's why my husband I chose it and I don't think we will ever use anyone else.

The cabin was very nice and clean. Check in and out was easy. I would recommend that you put a note about the limited / difficult parking at Got Moose. We came in a full sized truck and it was hard making the turn into the parking space.

The cabin was nice, well decorated and clean (with the exception of black sediment in the jacuzzi). The temperature of the cabin was 43 degrees when we first arrived and it took a very long time to warm up. However, we enjoyed our stay and used all of your amenities, including the kitchen & grill, pool table and hot tub/jacuzzi. We checked in after hours and it was a little inconvenient to drive back to the office the next morning, but I understand the policy. Everyone I spoke to was friendly. I would definitely come back to an Auntie Belham's cabin again. Thanks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful upon check in, and they made a follow up phone call to ensure we were happy with the cabin. When we checked out, we did not have to go by the office to check out, we just had to call when we left the cabin.

Overall the cabin had a lot of amenities for the price. The shower sprayed out of the side and over the shower curtain and we had to dry the floors after each shower. I also hate packing TP and wash clothes to go on vacation. That is why I personally prefer staying in a hotel over a cabin.

We stayed at Got Moose for our Anniversary and 50 birthday wk end. Everything was PERFECT !!! The cabin was gorgeous. The staff was like dealing with family which we loved loved !!! We enjoyed going to the lumberjack Feud with one of our free coupons !!! Thanks for a excellent wk end we will not forget it !!!

You need to stock the cabin better with trash bags and toilet paper. We had six people and 4 rolls of toilet paper and two trash bags. Other than that it was great!
