The cabin was super clean and was so convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. The virtual checkin was fantastic! I have only one suggestion. The stove in our cabin (A Piece of Paradise) needs to be replaced. Only 3 of the burners somewhat worked. It took over 45 min to get a medium saucepan of water to boil (& that was only after I had used the microwave to help heat the water)! We will definitely rent from Auntie Belham again!

The cabin was nice. We got to see a bear going up the street. It had enough space for all of us and we love the Pac-Man game.

The virtual check in experience was perfect. There could be more transparency about the charges for dogs and the size limits. I had to call to find out the details. On a positive note the folks that I spoke with were exceedingly nice, helpful, and pleasant.

Auntie Belham employees were pleasant and courteous. Ladies at the office did a great job checking us in and handling a call I made about a rotted rocking chair that broke when first sitting on it. The chair and a running toilet on the main floor were the only problems we experienced at the cabin.

Lindsey was the best in arranging our stay. the house was great with a hot tub and game room.

The cabin was clean and everything we needed to relax and enjoy the surrounding activities. It felt like home as we had two adults and two small children. We even got to see a bear the last day we stayed. It was our first family vacation together and we have memories that will last us a lifetime.

Everything was great! The check-in process was seamless and the lady was very helpful telling us everything we needed to know about arriving at our cabin and our stay. This was our second year staying in an Auntie Belhams cabin during our mother-daughter trip to Tennessee. Our home had everything we needed for a comfortable and stress free vacation. We will definitely be using Aunti Belhams for future stays.

The house was older and the bathroom downstairs was too small which made everyone use the one on the main floor. Next time we would like a real cabin with a view.

We loved every bit of our stay! The cabin was perfect. We didn't have any issues. Customer service from beginning to end was awesome! If I had a question and called, it was always answered quickly and I never felt bad asking the silly techie questions when it came to where to find the Explorie card. We realy enjoyed our visit at Auntle Beleams cabins. We ask for asst. with ants and they wear very prompt on fixing the problem. The cabin was clean and very quit setting. Everyone enjoyed the cabin.

Cabin was very clean and spacious. Only issue was the shower heads came out a bit too hard and it was uncomfortable. Everything else was phenomenal!

This was a super nice cabin. There were plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. The coffee pot worked great as well as all other appliances. Great views of the smokey mountains. Nice deck with rocking chairs to sit and visit with family. Nightly visits from some bear cubs which was awesome to see. Plenty of water pressure in all showers/bath tubs. A/C worked very well. It was a wonderful experience. The staff at Auntie Belham's were wonderful throughout the whole experience from beginning to end. We loved it!

Overall we had an amazing vacation however the welcome packet used to contain more interesting information and the adventure pass has definitely gone down hill. I only used the pass one time this vacation. I didn't like the xplore website. I would rather have a list of passes on paper than having to try to pull that up on my phone while I'm with my family every time they wanted to go somewhere

Easy to get a reservation and check in was a breeze--your staff was helpful and friendly. Cabin was fantastic overall. A few minor complaints would be the lack of internet (tried unplugging the router but no luck), and the toilet in the upstairs room had a minor leak.

No hot shower in bath with tub. Suspect it has something on it to protect young children.

Loved it!!! A Piece of Paradise was absolutely perfect for our family! The kids loved the air hockey and foosball tables and the cabin was clean and well kept. So nice to have laundry and dishwasher. It was our first time visiting, and so we were a little surprised at how steep the drives were up to the cabin (but then, we live near Toledo, Ohio, where it is flat, flat, flat). I would love to find another Auntie Belham cabin that wasn't up quite so high next time.

We really enjoyed staying in the cabin "A Piece of Paradise". The cabin was pretty clean and had everything we needed. The only complaint is that the hot water in the ground level floor bathroom could have been warmer. It was just warm enough not to be cold, but we managed through it. View was beautiful! Wish we could have stayed longer.........

Great response rate as I made last minute reservations. We did not have wifi or TV and that was a bummer but we were told it was fire related and I can understand that. Cabin was dated but price reflected that so I was happy. My son was stung by a wasp inside that cabin. Hot tub was great and beds were comfortable.

Easy to book and a nice quiet area to stay in. Cabin was very nice and as described. Linens were an issue, fitted sheets kept coming off, pillows were too small and cheap. Beds were comfortable tho. Kitchen was well equipped, but missing hot pads, coffee filters and the only frying pan was a 6" one, which isn't big enough seeing that this unit was for 6 people. Otherwise it was a great cabin and we enjoyed our stay there!

We abosoulutely loved the cabin and location. The screen door is hard to open and the takes a while for the water to reheat after 2 usages in the shower. Other that it was awesome ..will definitely return !

The door to outside/inside needs a lot of work. A new door frame at the least as it was super hard to lock using the dead bolt (which was the only lock) and it lets in a lot of cold draft. More inside lighting is needed. And you should be told at confirmation or when reservations are made that you need to supply your own dishwasher detergent since a checkout requirement is to wash and put away the dishes. I always do laundry and dishes anyway, but dishwasher detergent is always supplied...at least 1 load worth. The door was a pretty big pain, the rest was just little things. Definitely will stay with Auntie Belham rental cabins again!

Check in and out was easy. Cabin was nice, clean, and ready for guests. Kitchen supplies were a bit lacking especially the flatware. Loved that it had 3 parking spots. Great location.

this was our very first time using your company and cabin in the gatlinburg area. We had a wonderful time and experience. The cabin was everything that we were expecting and probably a little bit more! The cabin was in a great location. The only "complaint" we had was that the dart game didn't work, that the extra 2 rooms didn't get cool. But overall it was wonderful and we will definitely return!
