The whole process from booking, check-in, to check-out was very easy and all representatives we dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. The house was absolutely fantastic and provided the perfect accommodations for our family vacation. We did experience some issues with the Wi-Fi and a maintenance technician was sent out the same day and we had no issues after his visit. We really loved the house and all of the amenities provided. We would definitely use Auntie Belham's Cabin Rentals for any future vacations if we decide to return to the Gatlinburg area. Service and facilities were eceptional.

Pretty good overall. House worked great for large families. Large private yard a big plus. Big king beds and lots of big bathrooms made life easier. Inside basketball game was everyone’s favorite. Internet was a challenge. Multiple visits by the black bears made the whole experience an event.

Great location. Felt secluded, but close to everything. Furniture (sofas) are worn should be replaced. The cabin is large and comfortably accommodated 18 guests. Should have had 2 fridge/freezers (there was plenty of space next to the current one). We saw several bears everyday walking through the yard…scary, but exciting. Would definitely stay again.

Communication was great. Property was clean and roomy. Wifi ducked but we had a great time.

It was awesome! Our house had an excellent layout with different areas so people could spread out whether it was eating, watching tv, the theatre room was great for the Super Bowl, visiting with one , with different game areas, playing cards, air hockey, and checkers. The office staff was helpful and answered quickly with issues or concerns we had. All were taken care of immediately and they were all so helpful and accommodating! We will return again next year!

We had a group of 17. We had lots of room, enjoyed the indoor TV’s, games and spending time together and we had quiet spaces for reading or catching a nap. Shared lots of time together in the front porch rockers and were so surprised when a Mama bear and her three cubs came strolling by for a visit. Outdoor areas weren’t used as much this trip as it was raining but we have certainly used them in the past and plan to again next trip.

We had our family get her for our 50th Anniversary. The cabin worked so well that we wanted to gather again for our 55th . Everyone voted that we come back. We had a few minor issues that were taken care of in a timely manner. The cabin/house worked wonderful for our large family. Loved the 8 bedrooms and the 8 bathrooms. We had a awesome time. We had a great time at "the family tradition' . It was truly a family tradition for us as this is the same house my parents took us when our kids were small which was close to 30 years ago and they would take us every year for close to 20 years. The office staff was great to work with though out the entire process. I was responsible for organizing a weekend trip for 17 young people and chaperones from our church; including lodging, meals, and activities. Auntie Belham's made the lodging part very easy, which was a huge weight off my shoulders. We have booked our accommodations with Auntie Belham's for the last two years. We will be back next year!

Our group loves The Family Tradition. We had a few internet problems, the thermostat didn't work so the house was cooler than we liked and the cookware needs to be replaced! Otherwise an awesome place! We plan to come back!

Everything was absolutely perfect! This was a family trip and there was plenty of room for everyone! The kids had a great time. They enjoyed the yard and the basketball court. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable! I would definitely recommend Family Tradition home to anyone! We will definitely be back!

It was an awesome place to stay. I had to do wonderfully. The kitchen was super nice. It had plenty of hot water and towels for everyone. The outside pavilion was very nice as well. If I have any concerns it would be the Internet was very slow and that the beds were very hard. But it was still an excellent place.

Check in was excellent. Granddaughter left her head bands in office, they remembered us and called noting they had them. To say the least she was thrilled. Cabin was awesome. Perfect for our 27th year gathering. Will use your service again. Most likely same cabin. Thanks so much.

This was the best cabin experience I have ever had!! This cabin is amazing if you have a huge group!!

Overall, the accommodations were great. We just had minor issues (refrigerator not closing and DVD player with no remote) in the All American cabin, which I believe can be fixed with a quick maintenance visit and a small purchase, respectively.

Fourteen ladies from a high school graduating class of 1969 stayed in A Family Tradition. Everyone loved it so much that we have plans to do the same next year! Beautiful decor, plenty of beds and, best of all, plenty of bathrooms! We recommend Auntie Belham's!!!

Overall, the experience was great. We did however have to call maintenance twice because there was a leak on the ceiling.

The cabin was great (A Family Tradition). It was very clean with several fun amenities. One problem is that when I made the final check I noticed an armrest on one of the chairs around the card or game table on the second level was broken. One of my guest says that it was that way when we arrived but didn't say anything since it was not anything we would be using.

The property was as pictured and described on line so we can trust your description. Easy and convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pegion Forge. Cabin was clean and well furnished, staff was friendly and helpful.

We loved everything....the house was amazing, very spacious, clean....had access to what we needed! The only thing that you need to consider since it is spacious for such large families is the more garbage space. Maybe install a small dumpster type area...the two small trash cans outside wasnt spacious enough for the group we had & we def didn't want to leave any trash outside due to animals. Also check the ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom with double bunks....when on it smelled funny...may just need replaced. Other than that....we loved being there!!!!!! We hope to make it a "Family Tradition"!!!!

A Family Tradition is a great place to stay with a large family. The only thing that could have been better is the internet service.

The scheduling and check-in was very professional and it occurred without any problem. The rental was very clean and as stated in the listing. We enjoyed our three days with the families that we had not seen in several years.There was plenty of space to get everyone together in one grouping and visit. The kitchen was well supplied with the necessary plates, bowels, various cooking utensils and silverware.
