What do we mean by this? There has been construction within close proximity to the On Top of the World cabin, and for this reason we are running the “Construction Special” which automatically takes 30% off the rental rate for 2025-2026 reservations made directly on our website for this cabin only. This may not apply for reservations made on 3rd party booking sites.

What are the details of this construction, you ask? This home shares a driveway with another lot. A portion of our driveway, and the lot upon which a new home will be built, are both experiencing construction. At times, road construction may be within 10 feet of this cabin, and there may be construction vehicles and items around the home and in the driveway. It is for these reasons that we’re offering extremely discounted rates for On Top Of The World. By booking this property, you are acknowledging the presence of construction near your property during the entirety of your stay, and you are accepting that no further refunds will be given for construction related concerns.

Anticipated completion of construction is unknown at this time. Neither Auntie Belham's Cabin Rentals nor the owner of "On Top Of The World" are associated with this construction. We're just trying to make lemonade out of lemons y'all.
