Located high in the mountains, this cabin is a 4 bedroom/3 bath log cabin in a wooded setting. This is the perfect vacation home for the entire family or a large group of friends, sleeping up to 10 people. There is 1 bedroom on the main level, a loft bedroom above, and 2 bedroom in the lower level. Each room has a TV. Game room located on the lower level is equipped with a pool table and dartboard. The large Hot tub is located on a covered deck off the main level. LECONTE VIEW is conveniently located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and offers a Winter Mountain View.
Steep and winding mountain roads to cabin. This property is not pet friendly and is a smoke free property.
There is construction taking place near this cabin and the construction company is not affiliated with Auntie Belham's. They may begin work early in the morning.

We loved staying in the cabin. It was peaceful and relaxing. We cooked a lot as you can tell in all the trash we had. The stove needs some attention tho, the big burner does not work. Our cooking took longer cause we had to use the smaller burners. Obviously nobody cooks when they visit but we did our share. Again Thank You for letting us stay.

Great customer service. Very helpful staff. We stayed 5 days/6 nights in the Leconte View cabin. The road getting there was a incredibly steep. I read the reviews, so we were expecting it. The cabin was beautiful and everyone had something to do. The pool table was hard to use due to the space in the room, but the guys turned it diagonal and played each night. The hot tub was very relaxing. On the last day, while loading the cars, a Mama bear and two cubs visited our driveway looking for food. It was an awesome watching them interact. A very nice vacation.

A big thanks for responding very promptly to our concerns. Your staff went over and beyond, to meet our needs. A special thanks to Teresa and her husband, who came to our cabin at midnight during a wind and rain storm to make sure we were ok. We had come back from seeing a show and found that a tree had blown over in the driveway and took the power lines down. The lines were still live and a small fire had started very close to the cabin. We called 911, the power company and fire department responded very quickly. Teresa and her husband treated us like family, not just another guest. We have stayed with y'all several times and will always recommend Auntie Belhams. Thank you for the free meal at Mamas, that was a $200 value. Thank you for refunding a portion of my payment. (None of this was your fault). I'm very sorry our adult kids broke the TV . I know it was not broke when we checked in, because I looked in each room. However I didn't ck when we left. After you informed us that it was broken we questioned them and they admitted to breaking it. We look forward to staying with Auntie Belhams next year. Once again Thank You! The bears that visited we're an amazing surprise and more than made up for the slight inconveniences. Our cabin , Laconte View, was very clean and the Kitchen was well furnished with kitchen utensils. My only concern is that the price of the rental keeps going up every year (this was our 12th time) and will eventually be above our budget. We are all senior retirees. It would be nice to have consideration (amount of rental) for our return visits. We plan as of now to be back the last week of September 2019.

We had a good stay . We really liked the cabin, but the beds were the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. The dishes that we thought should be clean were dirty we had to wash almost all of the dishes before we could use them. The floors were dirty and rugs were very dirty so we washed them. But we didn't let that bother us.

First impressions matter; huge spider on one of the door frames as soon as we walked into the cabin. After that, things were good. Floor squeaked something awful, the dryer smelt like a belt was about to catch fire so we couldn't use it, and the toilet on the main level needed the handle held down in order to flush properly. These issues are not necessarily a reflection on Auntie Belham as they are on the owner of the cabin. I also believe that there should be an additional disclaimer for cabins that might require a 4x4 or RWD vehicle to get to. I know it's the mountains and there are steep roads, but having this information prior to booking would be nice. Auntie Belham's is a very good company to work with in booking your cabin, check-in, and check-out. All in all, a really adventurous, wonderful, full family vacation.

With 4 adults and 6 kids age 8 and under, the layout worked really well for us. Disappointed we could not get the hot tub to work on day 1 , but was working day 2. The kids really enjoyed the cabin. The grill is definitely too close to existing trees.

The Cabin was fantastic it was really clean and everything worked like a charm. We really enjoyed the views and the extra large driveway. The road getting there was really steep although after a few days we got used to the mountain roads. The cabin was stocked good with all nessesities and it was the perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We can't wait until next vacation to check out another one of your cabins.

Overall good! The cabin was a little dirty. The floors particarly seemed unclean. I do wish that at the time of reservation, that the receptionist would've mentioned how steep and uphill the drive to the cabin was. I was not prepared for the condition of the road to the property. If we had another rental option we would've taken it.

The house and location was wonderful! Was enough room for the group. Had a few things that we reported as we had late check in. the kitchen table is very wobbly. Was having to be very careful when eatting around it. The loft bathroom had lots of black bugs in it. We would stay again if we were to come back that way.

I began my stay with you in 2004 and I must say that I am very pleased with the check-in/ check-out routine...much simpler. Keys in the box was an excellent idea. Started with a honey moon, now divorced and I make it a family vacation location with mother, grandchildren, family and friends . We hope to see you again in July! I am even considering a fall vacation...looking for a view so I can see all of the beautiful colors that the fall brings!!!

Everything was great! Cabin was for the most part exactly as advertised. WIFI or some kind of internet access would have been great to have in the cabin especially with the very limited Cell phone service.
