This beautiful one bedroom one bath log home is a great little cabin. Great for couples. This cabin has a hot tub and Jacuzzi, so if you want to soak inside or outside you have that choice. This cabin also has swimming pool access (in the summer months). The pool is typically open Memorial Day-Labor Day. You can sit in front of the cozy stone fireplace and enjoy each others company. This cabin is all wood interior with king size bed, cable TV and is quite private. It is close to downtown Gatlinburg but away from the hustle and bustle so that you can enjoy every minute you are there.
Studio style cabin. This property is not pet friendly and is a smoke free property.
There is construction taking place near this cabin and the construction company is not affiliated with Auntie Belham's. They may begin work early in the morning.

The cabin was clean and everything was as promised. The only problem I saw was the motion lights on the cabin beside the driveway did not work so it was dark going from the Jeep to the door to get into the cabin. We left a light on inside the cabin to help. The string lights on the porch did not work either. Otherwise the cabin was amazing. Perfect for a couple’s getaway.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We really liked the personal attention. We called 12 hours before we were leaving and Kaylee spent 45 minutes on the phone with us. She worked diligently to find the cabin we wanted and could afford for our 35th anniversary! The buy one get one free offers were fabulous, we took advantage of several of them! I also liked how easy check in and check out are everything was explained very well. We loved the cabin and will definitely book with you again!

Overall, a very pleasant experience. I wish though, the windows were clean. The A-frame windows look like they've never been cleaned. Viewing the fall color, the main reason we came, would have been much more pleasant.

I loved this cabin. It had the rustic cabin feel, but was very well maintained. Everything was clean and the cabin was stocked with the necessary amenities. When I arrived at the cabin, the gas fireplace would not turn on, but a maintenance guy showed up only 10 minutes after I called. I will definitely come back.

The jacuzzi tub in the cabin we tried to use it and the plug doesn't let the tub fill bc it leaks the water out. There wasn't enough hot water to fill it anyways. The cabin besides that was great. Very clean. Loved having the echo dot to listen to music.

Beautiful cabin, terrifically tucked into the woods even though it was near other cabins - hardly knew they were there. It was VERY well maintained and cleaned. Good amount of dishes, towels, and overall written instructions. Very good communication via text messages or email; the team was very responsive. Would have liked to know there wasn't storage space for suitcases or travel bags, or bathroom counter space, but that's minor. Suggestion: hooks in the bathroom for robes, towels, or clothes. Overall, the service made our vacation even better. We would certainly use Auntie Belham's again!

Cabin was well equipped, cozy and warm. It does need some maintenance, some of the windows that have gotten cloudy need to be replaced. Also the mattress has a low valley in middle and needs to be updated. But we loved the cabin and enjoyed our stay very much.

Kozy Korner was a very cute cabin. Aside from the refrigerator leaking all weekend and the curtains over the door to go in and out, we had a great stay. Loved the Xplorie pass!

First, I want to thank Rhonda for having been graciously willing to stay until 9:07 to ensure our arrival, as my husband and I were late in coming. Second, I want to say that personnel really need to stay on top of the key situation at all times, as we were given the wrong direction to the lock, as the lock type had changed. Fortunately, we had the right numbers, as I did finally open the Masterlock while Geoff was talking to Rhonda again. Third, we could not get the TV in Kozy Corner (our cabin) to operate, as it just stayed on 'video.' My husband thought the correct remote might be missing. Fourth, I found the oven confusing to operate. I pressed 'bake' and turned the oven to 350 but it only got moderately warm. We ended up using the Microwave, which was not nearly as satisfying. We do love the cabin, however, and this is the second time we have stayed there.

Online booking was easy and covered everything I needed to know between that and the emails I received. Check in was great. The lady that checked us in did a fantastic job breaking everything down for me including very easy step by step directions to the cabin. Overall, the cabin had more to it than expected and our experience was great. I will certainly recommend to anyone I know that will be making a trip to the smokies to stay with yall. Thank you very much!

The cabin was ok. There were acouple of issues that didn't really interfer with our enjoyment. 1. the drapery rod above the atrium door came apart when I tried to open the curtains. We got it put back together. 2.The basket beside the bathroom door has a broken handle. 3.This unit could really use another place to sit. I recommend a recliner and 4.more outlets. I had really looked forward to using the hot tub, but the evenings got too cold to go in & out to it. Not your fault, but DARN! Finding this cabin was a nitemare! We drove around forever looking for all the roads & how toget there! Even called the office. Didn't help much. And the driveway was a trick! we usually backed in just so we could get out easily. The weather on Friday was amazing! The color was still in the trees and everything still looked like fall! Loved being able to be out and enjoy the views! Loved seeing the bear on the way to this cabin! Seems hes a "pet' or at least a regular, since there's a sign up not to feed "our bear"! Saw him twice. Very cool, We used our free coupons to the Opry & to the Hatfields & McCoys. Thanks for those. Thank you for a very pleasant stay and the last minute reservation! We will definately call you on our next trip to the Smokies!

Kozy Korner cabin description should be changed to non private. There is a road and head lights facing the hot tub. More than 4 towels should be provided for 2 people staying 4 nights especially when the cabin does not have a washer and dryer. Also, since the cabin does not have a washer and dryer - door hooks for hanging towels to dry would make things more convenient. Most people don't expect to have to run fans and ceiling fans to keep cool since the AC cannot be set below 70 degrees.

There was a problem with our original cabin, however it was handled perfectly. The staff offered us 4 other cabins to choose from and got us checked in quickly.

We really liked the cabin but the mattress was old old with blood stains which I thought was very unhygienic and although it was very tidy it needed physically cleaned it was so dusty; a soapy clothe would make it so much cleaner. I have allergies which I explained when we made our reservations. We saw a few bugs but they weren't bad. The hot tub and jacuzzi worked great and they and the bathroom were clean which was nice. Good water pressure too, which was nice! You could tell that the porches were unattended and needed pressure washed. The cabin was supplied well especially the kitchen but the "blue clothes" that I read a sign for in the bathroom were no where to be found so I used paper towels instead. We really enjoyed the guest journals and the country decor was very lovely! The lighting was very poor. Track light bulbs and some other lights in the cabin need replacing. We enjoyed the amenities package very much but it would have been nice if we could have combined our cabin unit pass for both days so we could have tried more before we come back with our kids to see what they would like to do. We have 5 children ; 4 of which still live at home . We used the free movie rentals, which was nice, we loved Mad Dogs Creamery, and we used the pass to the Titanic Museum! When we come back we definitely will take our children to those places! We would have loved to have had enough time to have went to the lumberjack show but it will have to wait til next time. At the time of check in the ladies in the office were extremely nice and helpful! Overall we loved it and plan on returning! Thank you so much! We will recommend your cabins to our friends and family !!
