Cozy and inviting log cabin nestled in the woods between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge with a winter mountain view and a hot tub overlooking it. This classic 3 bedroom log cabin offers a pool table and newly remodeled kitchen (2018). Only 3 1/2 miles from the main parkway. This property is not pet friendly and is a smoke free property.
Steep and winding mountain roads to cabin. There is construction taking place near this cabin and the construction company is not affiliated with Auntie Belham's. You may see construction equipment and material. They may begin work early in the morning.

Property management / ownership (Auntie Belhams) is very friendly and helpful, even when you may have multiple questions and calls. They provided everything we needed to make some decisions and make our trip better. They are associated with another service that provides free passes to local attractions, which was very appreciated. The property was clean and well maintained. We thought maybe there wouldn't be enough supplies (as described in their listing) so we were prepared, but it was just enough, not wasteful. All the furniture and beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped and updated, exterior lighting around the cabin was great, GPS took us right there (easy to find), the hot tub was clean and working properly. The downstairs living area (game room) was perfect for the teenagers...they had their own complete living area to hang out in and have separation from the adults. The only "negative" things we could point out (if you could even call them negative) were the two of the showers are quite small, but manageable...plus, we didn't choose it for the showers. The upstairs bathroom is very small, but again it was manageable and worked for us. The last thing would be to say they need to clean the patios and their furniture better (more often), that did hinder us from sitting outside more...but still, not horrible and we managed. Cabin is about 25 minutes from main attractions. We would definitely stay at another Auntie Belhams property and this property again.

Customer service was excellent and cabin had everything we needed. One suggestion, batteries in flameless candles could be switched. I thought they were a nice touch and added to the overall coziness of the cabin but a couple of them weren’t working. It would be a nice touch to have them on to welcome guests as well. Overall, excellent and would use this property again and recommend to others.

Exceptional customer service! Very thankful to the super friendly staff who allowed us to book at the last minute (morning of arrival) The cabin was beautiful and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The view was AMAZING!! The winding mountain road was not for the faint of heart, lol. I'm thankful it was not snowing! We will definitely be booking with Auntie Belham's Cabin Rentals again 10/10, highly recommend!!

Overall, the experience was great. Staff (Patricia, Jenna and Kaylee) was great to deal with and very responsive. We liked the cabin. Only slight issue was the floors creaked quite a bit. It's minor, but it was a bit annoying.

Everything was great as usual. The only complaint would be that the toilet in the upstairs bedroom of this particular cabin had hardly any room to “negotiate” moving around. Had to use one of the downstairs toilets for any serious toilet deposits ;) Other than that, it was a beautiful cabin with a beautiful view and everything was great.

Our cabin Home Sweer Home had all the amenities for city folks like my family with the experience of enjoying nature. Customer Service was great when we needed it. Please try to persuade the owners of the cabin to invest in some new trash cans so the bears won’t scavenged through the trash. We will be coming back to the Smokies and using you again.

I like most everything about the cabin. I felt like there should be a little better measure in dealing with protecting the trash outside. We had 2 visits from bears on the porch destroying the trashcans. Also, it would have helped to have a table and chairs to eat meals at. Our location at Home Sweet Home only had the bar in the kitchen. The parking for 2 cars was also a bit tricky, but we figured it all out, and enjoyed our stay on the whole.

The cabin was fantastic with amazing views. My mother, sister and brother-in-law along with my wife and I all said how beautiful it was there. Online and app reservation was very handy especially with the updates and e-mails. Everyone was nice when we stopped at the office to get the information the day we arrived. Cabin rented needed brighter lighting. Garbage cans needed to be in enclosure to reduce animal access. Did enjoy recent updates to the kitchen. Hot tub was in a dangerous location on the back deck.

The cabin was great and perfect for our family of eight. I think my family would have lived there if they could. We did not have bear secured trash cans like some of our neighbors so I would recommend that addition. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for our family vacation.

Making reservations was easy, checking in was easy, checking out was super easy. Not real crazy about your office location. Everything was great at the cabin except the water, it was very dirty. The cold water would sometimes clear up a bit, but the hot water never did. If my family and I had been staying longer something would have had to been done.

The stay in Home Sweet Home was great! We do think a few upgrades are needed. Simple things like a handrail in the ground floor shower. The bathtub was quite slippery. The garbage cans were constantly pulled off the porch by varments, presumably bears because they were full and they were on the other side of the cabin when we returned home. So it had to be something strong. Haha! Glad we didnt run into them. We did love the cabin and our stay was awesome. The younger folks would have liked wi-fi but it was okay with the older folks. Thanks for a great stay!

Late check in process and directions to the cabin were very good. Checkout by telephone was very good as well with not having to go back to the office.

Cabin was clean. Well stocked with pots and pans. Towels were fine. Just as described. I only wish we would have known about the beds having sheets. We, also, could not use hot tub as it was set too high. We could not find the temperature setting.

Everything was wonderful. We'd love to come again. Only downfall is our time there was to short. Oh, almost forgot. The hot tube need's to be checked. It kept shorting out. We hope we can stay longer next time.

Our cabin was country and cozy, just what we were looking for. It's a little complicated to get to, but we did like the fact that it wasn't part of a "subdivision" of cabins with look-alike cabins one right after another. It was also nice to have a bedroom on each level with its own bathroom. We had 3 couples so we felt like we all had enough privacy. It would have been perfect if Wi-Fi had been available, but overall it was a really good unit.

Everything was clean, service was good, and check in and check out was convenient.. Only complaint is that the cabin had no dead bolt or locks on door other than door knob and small chain on front door. The back door had been kicked in and repaired at some point and the door barely latched. Either could have been opened in seconds with a credit card.. Dead bolts would likely make renters feel a bit more safe. Overall though, our experience was great.
