Roomy one level log cabin with lots of windows to enjoy the wooded view. Great for a small family or a couple just looking to get away. Loft area has pool table, game tables and a sofa and a large flat screen TV perfect for the watching your favorite movies. There is a hot tub on the covered back deck. Master bedroom features a Jacuzzi! Family room with pretty stone gas fireplace, cathedral ceiling and lots of glass. Located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
This property is not pet friendly and is a smoke free property.

Beautiful setting in the woods! The cabin had a great setup to make for a relaxing vacation with speakers, hot tub, pool table and outdoor space. Furniture set up wasn't the most comfortable. Could use a lazy boy chair or foot rest upstairs.

Clean, everything in the cabin was easily accessible. A very neat part of the experience was the cabin stay journal, where previous vacationers answered prompted questions and we got to read the experiences of those who stayed before us. A tv in the bedroom would have been nice touch, maybe even a roku or some sort of streaming device would have been useful. We didn’t watch much tv because cable was the only option. Overall it was very relaxing & memorable experience.

We lost power for a few hours. A phone number on the phone to give the power company to report the outage and a flashlight would of helped us out but we could not find either one. We had a problem with our water being out for several hours too after the power outage and the guy had us fixed shortly after we reported it. Otherwise it was a great experience and the cabin was beautiful. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The cabin had a rustic feel with tons of natural light. The trees were full of songbirds and squirrels early in the morning that could be enjoyed on either of the two decks. It rained heavily on one day of our visit and it was so relaxing to hear the rain on the metal roof. It was very comfortable and appropriately decorated and arranged for a comfortable stay.

We loved Cloud 9, it was perfect for the 3 of us. We would recommend getting some new darts, the current darts are a bit worn out. And a new mattress up stairs would make the cabin a perfect 10. The cabin was very clean! We will be back!

Excellent and easy check in procedure, directions and instructions. We didn’t find the step stool under the bed until we were checking the cabin as we were leaving, it would have been great to know about that earlier, the bed was really hard to get in and out of without it

Booking was very easy. I did have to contact the office be it was getting closer and I hadn’t heard from you but an email fixed the problem. The cabin was fantastic. Extremely clean and exactly as advertised. The only thing we were not prepared for was the trip up the mountain to the cabin. We were extremely nervous after getting there and were very afraid to stay out past dark.

We really enjoyed our stay, the only issue we had that really wasn't an issue was the bed was really tall and my wife isn't so she had trouble getting in the bed the first night, but I bought a step stool the next day and that worked great, we actually left the step stool for the next guest that might have the same issue . We came down to relax so we spent most of our time at the cabin using the hot tub and the grill which both worked great The most amazing part of our stay was one night about 6:30 when we were in the hot tub and looked over the rail to see a momma bear and three cubs coming out from under our deck. That was really awesome. This was our 3rd or 4th time staying with you but our first time in this cabin, we honestly wouldn't stay with anyone else. Thank you for an amazing getaway.

Would have liked to have known that the jets in the jacuzzi bath tub didn’t work, was looking forward to a relaxing bath! Had plenty of towels but not enough washcloths, which we didn’t anticipate. Also pool table is at an awkward angle, too close to the wall to play on one side. Easy fix but not allowed to move furniture when staying as a guest... also wish there had been instructions for gas fireplace, could not use. Loved the hot tub and both decks! Enjoyed upstairs area and living room. Bed was comfortable and appreciated extra blankets. Would visit again!

The cabin I stayed at were amazing. We loved every second we had down here. The staff I encountered was great. Friendly and very helpful. The activities and attractions in the area was amazingly beautiful and so much fun as well. We had a great time. Definitely plan to come again.

We were very pleased with our experience. The cabin was very nice, clean, and everything it was advertised to be. It felt so nice and secluded even though there were other cabins around. The checkin and checkout was very easy. The trip up the mountain was an adventure but the directions we were given made it easy to find.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Our cabin, Cloud 9, was perfect for our stay. The only couple of criticisms we had were that there was no dresser/ chest of drawers in the bedroom for us to put our clothes in. That would have been fine if there had been hangers in the closet to hang our clothes on instead. But for a four night stay, that was not something that we were going to let ruin our trip. Also the lack of a bath mat for when we would get out of the shower was another minor issue. We just used our bath towels instead, but that meant we needed to do extra laundry which was also not that major of an issue with us. We loved that the cabin seemed far enough away from everything, but was still just 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and about the same from Pigeon Forge. Easy access to the Arts and Crafts District was also nice. Although we were unable to take advantage of the discount card during our stay, we still think this is an awesome perk of renting with Auntie Belham's. We will definitely use them for our future bookings!

As always we enjoyed the cabin we stayed in. We loved the privacy of the cabin and seclusion of it. We come and stay with you for the enjoyment of alone time with each other. There were just two minor issues, the cabins water pressure was very low and the sound system there was a little lacking. We travel with our music on an iPod and we had no way to connect it to the sound system like we did at Unforgettable, the last cabin we rented. There we were able to plug in our iPod and let it play the entire time we stayed in that cabin. That said, we are looking forward to once again staying with you all again in the no to distant future.

Staff was very helpful and very nice. Coupons helped a lot. The cabin was amazing and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. The only negative thing about our experience was the sleeper sofa in the loft. It was extremely uncomfortable for the kids. Also, the bedspread of the master bedroom could be updated (ripped and blanket has cigarette burns).

Everything was great except that I called about water leak and a diety shower curtain. Water leak was fixed, was told house keeping would replace shower curtain next morning. They never did. Girls at the office & phone were extremely friendly. Overall good!

We have a great overall experience. The check out process was great. One of the cabin rentals places doesn't make you check in at the office. I like that better, but you have great hours. My wife liked your instructions, and handouts. We used the free tickets, and that saved us $75. It was easy to use, and they didn't try to sell us a timeshare. The cabin was older, but was clean. The hot tub needed more privacy and less chlorine. The Mattress and linens needed to be replaced. We would stay with you again.

Staff great cabin nice had some minor issues, some light bulbs need replacing, jetted tub in bedroom jets would not work. The fireplace would not come on either. Other than that was very good.

Everything was great but could have used a small table in the hot tub deck between the two rocking chairs. Also a curved shower curtain rod would have been nice so you wouldn't have to fight the shower curtain when taking a shower

mu husband and I had a long over due relaxing enjoyable stay at our cabin. as parents of 2 small boys this was the perfect get-away for us. I don't think I will ever want to stay in a hotel again for a mini vacation!!!! you have spoiled us auntie bellham! the cabin was nothing short of perfection and all of the staff exceeded our expectations of pleasantness, knowledge of the area, and our how-to questions.

We stayed in the Cloud Nine cabin and it was wonderful. My kids loved the pool table and the hot tub was perfect. We did notice that the fireplace did not seem to work, but that did not have a negative impact on our stay.
