Bear Creek Haven is the most charming old time Gatlinburg cottage! It’s hard to find these classic properties anymore, with it being located on a little creek near downtown. And of course, you must walk up a trail of steppingstones to access the sweet cottage! After a long day of hiking in the national park or shopping on the parkway, sit back and enjoy the sounds of birds and rushing waters from the outdoor hot tub. This property shares a courtyard with our other cabins called Timeless Treasures and Storybook Romance, so this spot is perfect for a multi-family trip or couple’s getaway. It is within walking distance of town and a trolley stop but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

You’ll enter the home through the fully stocked kitchen (it also has a washer/dryer), and then turn the corner to enter the cozy living room! On those chilly autumn and winter days, brew a cup of coffee or cider and cozy up around the stone hearth of the gas fireplace. This is the most perfect living room to curl up with a book, listen to the rain, and enjoy the simpler times! In the event you are not a fan of simpler times, there’s also a TV and Wi-Fi. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom has a king sized-bed and there is a full bathroom in the cottage, as well as a jacuzzi tub.

Enjoy the screened in deck by dipping in the hot tub, or just get a glass of sweet tea, sit back in a rocking chair, and enjoy the sweet Southern sounds of Gatlinburg in your little slice of paradise.

● 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed
● 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed
● 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent
NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If
you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen
exchange.
