The location, hot tub, and customer service, 5 stars. There is no closet/storage. Please think about adding hooks on the cabin walls and/or do away with the video machine, and add a wardrobe closet. Sofa bed user had no place for clothing and there was no place to hang jackets/coats.

It was a beautiful place to stay especially being in the Smokey mountains. We even saw 2 bears our first night there. I would say the water heater could be a lot better only enough hot water for 1 person. The shower space was very small as well, maybe a better shower curtain could help not make it look so dark as well. Definitely really only a place for 2 people to stay. We would stay again! Everyone is beyond sweet & kind. We felt very much at home, we will be back for our next family vacation :)

Excellent customer service, informative website and nice welcome packet. My adventures text did not work for the free tickets, but due to why we were in Pigeon Forge it did not matter because we did not have time to take advantage of the free offers. My real complaint, the bathroom in Cherry Bloom is not sufficient for an adult. We felt like we were trying to use a preschoolers facility. The shower is to dark with the decorative curtain. Enjoyed the well (not city) water, h/p nice touch for a small cabin instead of window units. Kitchen and wifi were very handy as was the keyless entry. I would definitely stay with Auntie Belham again and I know to ask about the size of the bathroom next time. Cherry Bloom was booked in a pinch when a cabin was needed that would allow a dog and we were proud to get it considering how busy the season is.

One suggestion for Cherry Bloom owner- hooks for jackets etc. by the arcade game or inside left of the door. not sure what can be done about dust collecting on uneven wood, maybe vacuum. Maybe instructions for use of arcade game (we're not familiar but thought it would be fun) but it didn't work. Maybe info about animal trap outside and what's lurking and knocking under the cabin. We were really impressed with the cabin and its amenities, just couldn't take the stress of the climb up the road after dark (after concerts). We believe that reflectors could have been along the road where there were drop-offs. It seemed local people drove way too fast and didn't mind sitting on your tail while, as newbies, we were slow and careful. (and sometimes terrified!) Also Auntie Belham's directions could have been a bit more specific. Unfortunately, our rental car didn't measure half miles and trying to watch the road and odometer were quite difficult. Specifically, turning off Silver Poplar onto ?, the Sky Harbor sign is much larger and might have been mentioned. Also, on directions, making mention that there would be other signs for Ski View to pass by would have been helpful. The "W" on W. Ski View is very small. Actually, we didn't intend to get there after dark and we think having an escort up the mtn would have been nice and we would gladly have tipped that person. We knew they, at the office, knew what we had ahead of us and it was nerve WRACKING to say the least. We forgot to mention that there is an electric box hanging off a pole behind the cabin and the street light thing is not on.

Cabin was clean and just as it was pictured online. It was an up & down drive to get to the cabin; which made it slightly difficult to get to. The cabin we were in was nice; only complain is the size of the shower, difficult to shower in because of its very small size.

Staff was great, cabin (A Cherry Bloom) was small but cute, and in a great location. My only complaint is that it was VERY dusty. There were dust bunnies all over the walls and beams inside. And if the lights were out, you could see dust flying around if you shined a flash light. The added amenities were a great bonus. The dust won't keep me from staying again.

stayed in the Cherry Bloom this time. Looked clean until went in bedroom with flashlight because husband was sleeping, in that lighting you could see all the dust. The walls were covered in dust and webs. One of the curtains was also hung backward. Did not let this change my mind and will stay again because you couldn't see it in the daylight. Maybe have schedule to wash down walls to prevent this. Enjoyed the area and glad the fire wasn't as bad as the media showed it.

The cabin we stayed in, Cherry Bloom, was a good size for two people. Certain aspects were a bit too small -- in particular the shower, which was ridiculously small -- but we sort of got used to it. The bed was comfortable; the kitchen was a cutesy small, but had everything we needed; the jacuzzi was welcoming after a day on the trails and in the cold weather; and the quiet location was nice. While we would probably not stay in this particular cabin again (because of the size of the shower), we would definitely stay in another cabin from Auntie Belham. The check-in process was smooth; the staff was friendly; the reusable bag given at check-in was used to carry our souvenirs home, so that was helpful and unexpected; and the check-out process (lock up and a simple phone call) was incredibly easy. The only thing I'd suggest is to replace or resurface the kitchen sink. The stains are quite off-putting. Nonetheless, my husband and I had an enjoyable time at the cabin, in Gatlinburg, and on the trails. It was an experience we won't soon forgot, and we can't wait to come back.

The toaster didn't work properly (it only toasted on one side), there was no hot water the first night, I needed an extra blanket in the cabin and the frying pans weren't nice, they were old and dint work properly. The cabin location was great, very secluded and comfortable. The price was right and the bed comfortable, hot tub was great! Oh, and you need some new pictures in the cabin. I just happen to be a photographer. I have some great pics of Ally Springs, a MO grist mill and spring. My website is www.zenfolio.pamscam.com look in the 'Spring in Ally Springs' folder. Awesome reservations and check-in/check-put process / over all good stay / but was not totally happy with cabin (I choose with no pic's available to be fair ) it could use a little TLC inside and out.
